I walked in a little after noon with my husband, and wanted a nice set of acrylic nails and a pedicure for my husband. There was one lady in there just finishing up and drying her nails so I thought hey they'd have time. The lady working there (i presume she's the owner) asked us how we were and what we wanted to do, so we told her and she looked kind of annoyed and looked at the clock on the wall. She then told me she had someone coming in at 1 for an appointment but she'd fit me in anyways. I was a little nervous because I didn't want her to speed through and give me a not so nice set, but I was really surprised! Not only did she work fast, these nails lasted FOREVER people. Like I had to soak and remove them after 3 weeks because I needed a break! She did tell me next time to make an appointment if I want a set, so fair warning. Also my husband's pedicure was awesome! He said the guy working in there did an incredible job and was super nice. Definitely will be coming back, only took off a star because I kind of felt like I inconvenienced her even though it says walk ins welcome and me being a first time customer. Otherwise, it was a...

I called to make an appointment. It was originally for 11 A.M. but I called again to move it to 11:30 A.M. When I arrived the staff were extremely rude and told me to come back “later.” When I tried to clarify a timeline, their reply was extremely dismissive. I recently relocated and drove several miles because historically this had been a wonderful place for services. However, after this unnecessarily rude and unprofessional experience, they’ve lost my business. It seems rather counterintuitive to accept phone appointments if they are not upheld with the customer. I'm trying out a few different nail salons for gel manicures and had the best experience so far at Cute Nails! Basically every minor problem I've experienced at other salons, I didn't have at my first visit to Cute Nails. Will definitely be back.

The technician did an excellent job preparing my nails so the polish won't peel off after a few days, and applied the polish perfectly so it will grow out without ragged edges at the base. She was also gentle with my cuticles and didn't damage my nails by roughing up the...
