So on Tuesday, I called Nee Lashes hoping to book an appointment because my birthday is on the 19th! They were a bit full but were able to squeeze me in for a 9:30am Hybrid lash set! I was so freaking happy and grateful I able to receive the lash service today (Nov 17th). When I got to the shop I instantly felt comfortable, relaxed and quite luxurious. There were 2 women. It’s a small shop but it’s set up really nicely and the atmosphere is very calm. I was asked to change out of my shoes and into some slippers which I happily did, my shoes were feeling uncomfortable! They played some chill instrumentals which really helps pass the time :) Before they started my service they asked to see pictures of what I would like. I really appreciated that they cared about how I wanted my lashes. We chatted and came up with some ideas for the Cat-Eye Hybrid set. They seen what I wanted and were more than happy to oblige. Veevee did my lashes. She’s amazing and so gentle. I almost fell asleep a few times, but I tried not to because I needed to move my head here and there for her to make sure the lashes matched :) I’m sure she wouldn’t have mind if I fell asleep though. The service took about an hour & half. I started at 940am and ended at 11am. My eyes were not red or stinging after the application. My eyes barely watered! It was such an enjoyable experience and I felt SO beautiful afterwards! My lash set is more than I expected it to be and I’m more than grateful! Veevee is amazing and so is the other woman, they were both very nice, calm and patient with me, and I REALLY appreciated that. This is a new lash tech for me, and I was nervous at first that they wouldn’t give me the look I wanted but all worries were gone once I looked into the mirror. They’re perfect! Thankfully I was able to buy some Lash Shampoo in shop because I didn’t have any at home and did not want to wait for Amazon! They gave me a baggie with care instructions, spoolies for the lashes and a brush to clean my lashes!(Brush may only come with Lash shampoo). Veevee also let me know that if my lashes mess up in the next few days, I can come and get them fixed FREE OF CHARGE! Woo! Also I noticed that they are GREAT with their scheduling and timing! As soon as I was done, another woman came in to take my spot :) just in time!

Read moreI came in to Nee Lashes for a fill, and while the end result looked good and Minh is impressively fast with application, there were a few things about my experience that I hope can be improved. When I arrived, I was told I'd need a full set because I had lost a number of lashes (I had worn eyeliner that was a bit difficult to remove), but since it had been under 20 days since my last visit, I politely clarified that I was here for a fill. They were understanding and ended up charging me the fill price, which I appreciated.
That said, I did notice some things that raised concerns around hygiene- like the lash bed not being disinfected between clients and no handwashing or gloves before the service. Also, while I was discussing the service, multiple staff members came over and were chatting and laughing in a way that made me feel a bit self-conscious.
The lashes themselves lasted well, and I appreciate the speed of the application. I’d just feel more comfortable returning if some of the sanitation practices were improved and the overall environment felt a little more welcoming for...

I had an appointment with nee I called two times in the morning which she confirmed my appointment when I got there one of the ladies told me that I had the wrong day. I told her I called and it was confirmed this morning. I also showed them the call history on my phone and she told me it was for tomorrow and I could not be seen today. This piss me off so much because it took me over an hour just to get there for her to tell me it was the wrong day even though I called to confirm of course the next day she texted me to offer me 30% off for any service, but but that was not good enough for me. I just hope that this does not happen to anybody else and as for Nee staff make sure they know how to do their job when it comes to customer service and when you are talking about these different situations with your coworker, it would be great for you guys to talk in English so the customers know what you're saying about them as for me I would...
