Panda Express — Restaurant in Seattle

I just left Panda Express located in the QFC on Holman rd in Crown Hill/Greenwood area (2/6/2022 around 4:30pm). The food is good although I occasionally gets “bubble guts” the next day. My review is not so much about the food, but about what I witnessed today while ordering some food . While waiting to pay for my meal, a bunch of food boxes fell on the floor, and the main worker that takes the orders picked them up from the floor, and placed them back in the same location without disposing of the now dirty bunch of food boxes. He then continued placing food in the boxes for the next couple customers. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially during Covid, not to mention they fell on the dirty floor where they all walk. I hope management sees this post, and have a talk with employees on cleanliness! I have no reason to lie, I’m non confrontational and hope the worker and/or management...

Lousy all around. It’s annoying how you have to go inside the QFC to order, and then it’s super awkward how it’s crammed right next to the front door. And service isn’t friendly at all—it’s like they’re trying to push you through the line as fast as possible so they can be left alone.

The food looks lukewarm and gross. It looks they just barely cooked the meat and then slathered it in sauce to make it seem appealing. The chow mein in particular is really slimy and bland. The honey walnut shrimp had the coating peeling off the meat before I even started eating it (and yet they charge extra for that entree…?).

I used to go to Panda Express all the time when I lived in other places, but I just recently moved to this neighborhood and I think I’ll avoid this location going forward. I don’t know what the deal is...

used to really enjoy this place. fast , simple , great prices , most ofthe time great service. but now it has become all about delivery orders. so those of us whom have actually showed up and are phsically there in line get pushed aside and must wait while delivery orders are made before our orders. INCREDIBLY DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!! i am happy to go somewhere else. somewhere that they actually want my business and treat as such.

i did not believe that this place could get any worse. but i was wrong. now, besides never having anything fresh, they dont give you a bag to take your food. they charge you or you dont get one. this place is seriously going down hill at a rapid rate. i wont do business there anymore. not...
