Gave both my friend and I bad information about products were needed to achieve results for our hair. When my friend came in because the dye didn’t actually dye their hair the staff said they “couldn’t do anything without a physical receipt” and refused to pull up the digital receipt. Now my friend is out $60+ for hair dye that didn’t work....
