I strongly recommend Salsa Tacos! We have gotten food there multiple times, and we have been more than satisfied each time. For those that live near 35th and Henderson, I think this neighborhood food truck is as good if not better than the Mexican food trucks and restaurants in White Center.

My partner and I had noticed this food truck a couple months ago. The folks are always super friendly and welcoming. The menu has the usual Mexican fare, with some unique offerings. Our orders have been made in about 5 minutes each time. Our food has always been excellent! The meats are delicious, the veggies fresh, and the rice and beans taste like my parents made them. Importantly, the salsas are great - a spicy red (recommended!) and a mild green.

The food is super tasty, and you can tell that their ingredients are fresh. They use sustainable materials to package their orders and you can just tell that the food is made with care and from the heart.

Their customer service is exemplary! They always greet me with a smile and remember my order (I can’t help but come back for the taco plate with Carne Asada). If that’s your thing, I highly recommend it.

They give you a buzzer while they prepare your food so this is hella convenient if you are pumping gas or stopping by the convenient store for essentials.
