Five Guys — Restaurant in Seattle

it took them ONE visit to ruin this place for me for good. i went in today to get a burger and fries. they put the wrong condiments on the burger so i walked back up there to get it remade. the cashier placed the remake order and then a girl behind the counter gets a BIG attitude about it and starts asking if he verified the original receipt all type of stuff. so then i just sit there and wait…FOR THIRTY MINUTES — and i have RECEIPTS to verify this information — without being served. NEW customers came and went and i was still just sitting in my seat. my number is 25. they were serving order number 28 when i walked out. so how did i get skipped???? the food here costs ENTIRELY TOO MUCH MONEY for them to be acting like this. i was never rude or anything. best of luck to this place. no wonder it’s so EMPTY despite them just opening....

If it wasn't for pure greed, some things should stay regional. Five Guys is one of them. If they are going to move into our region, they should adhere to our rules. They didn't even attempt to have any sort of composting or recycling bins setup for customers. I hope the City fines the hell out of them. The quality of meat was below average as well.

The cost was insane. 13 dollars for a cheeseburger. Why not just go and support a local small business and take out from the Bridge, Tim's, Westy's, Woodys or Boss and pay the same amount, better product and have faster service?

Customer service was polite and I feel bad for the employees to have to work under the conditions of their out of touch east coast oligarchs.

Good burgers and fries, some of of the better fast food in West Seattle. I appreciate the simplicity of the menu, just burgers with normal toppings. I’m glad we have this new option!

Minus a star though because the prices are a bit out of line with reality. As of summer 2023, a standard bacon cheeseburger is $14 with no fries included, so you can easily hit $20 per person for food alone. You pay more here for fast food than you would in most gastropubs. If you are in a hurry and don’t care about value this is fine, but for the money you would get a better burger at Westy, Elliott Bay, or basically any sit-down restaurant...
