Great tasting Thai food from a popular food truck with a funny name. I've definitely been roped in and would come again to this food truck during my lunch break. The food truck location changes everyday. I came by as a part of my Eastlake Escapade (see Other section for description of what this is). Food I got the crispy garlic chicken that they are best known for, according to the guy at the window. The chicken was nice and crispy in the outside and very juicy on the inside. There was never a dry bit of meat. The outside glaze is sweet, and not excessively fishy since they use a shrimp paste house sauce. It's over a thin bed of lettuce but it's nowhere close to being like a side of salad. Best eat the food while it's still hot! Atmosphere Food truck so you eat wherever you want. The parking lot at 1201 Eastlake Ave is very safe and there is plenty of room to quickly pull in and order food. Pricing Prices for the portion were decent given the increase in cost of food, gas, and inflatio. The value for food is good. There's a $0.50 charge for ALL card purchases. Service Excellent service. The man helping me at the window was very nice. I got there when there was no line and had my food within 3 minutes. Other Trucks are tucked away at the back of the parking lot so make sure to look for it!! My Eastlake Escapade refers to my food adventures that I go on during my lunch break since I work in the area. One of the common spots I go to is the Adaptive & Bloodworks parking lot at 1551 Eastlake OR 1201 Eastlake parking lot where they host a daily rotating food truck.

Pretty disappointed in this food truck. I ordered a cashew chicken entree ($15) and they gave me a box of veggies and rice with a small amount of chicken sprinkled throughout. Just another Asian food spot cutting corners and giving you way too much veggies/rice in an expensive, meat-centric entree. I won’t be coming back unless the menu changes and there’s more value in what I order. TLDR; cashew chicken entree should have chicken in it!

I was parked next to their food truck down in the Starbucks parking lot in the SoDo area & it looked dirty inside from where I was the rice cooker, counter, boxes & misc. items that were by back door also guy came out from back door & started smoking & went back in & sat on rice cooker that looked liked it hasn't been cleaned in long time (if ever). Personally I wouldn't eat from this food truck.

As a thai person, the food wansn't authentic. It was too sweet. Most the menus aren't even thai. I saw they had store brought spring rolls in the back of the truck, which I am assuming they are selling it to the customers. If they are a food truck and knows how to cook, they know how to make real thai fried spring rolls. It just offends me because they are supposed to be serving thai food and instead they are selling store brought food and flavor was very sweet not authentic at all. Sorry but you can do better. Hopefully the owner is Thai if not then I hope you're doing this buisness because you appreciate thai food and you're not selling thai food because of...

I have been a regular customer for a long time. They raised their prices again. $9 for 5 egg rolls. I used to get 6 egg rolls for $7. Less chicken in the chicken plate than there used to be too. Good but not amazing, and way overpriced now. Unfortunate victim of shrinkflation. Also, $14 a plate for noodles and didn’t get my order correct. I can easily make the same noodles at home for $2 and I will do so from now on. Sorry not going back because the prices are way too high for the quality/amount of food you get. Go to Buddha Ruksa down the road much cheaper and...
