Seattle Cannabis Co — Attraction in Seattle

I’ve always had good experiences at this dispensary—until I was helped by Trinity yesterday. From the moment I walked in, his attitude was off. He seemed annoyed to be helping me and was taking a long time to look for products, almost like he didn’t know what he was doing (I asked for pesticide free products). I tried to help move things along by pointing out something I thought I’d had before, and that’s when his energy got even worse. He got defensive, told me I didn’t give him time, and basically told me to go look at the side display myself. It felt like he just didn’t want to deal with me.

When he finally brought out some options, they were all very expensive. I asked about the 30% discount clearly posted on the sign in front of me, and he told me I had to order online to get it—something I’ve never been told before. After that, he flat-out told me someone else could help me instead. Thankfully, Abe stepped in, looked up my previous orders (which Trinity never even attempted to do), and helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

To top it off, Trinity was dressed in booty shorts that looked like underwear. I don’t care if it’s a dispensary—there’s no reason for a grown man to be at work wearing something that unprofessional. It was distracting, inappropriate, and just added to the overall bad impression.

I’ve never felt so disrespected or uncomfortable at this location. If this is the type of service and environment that’s going to be tolerated, I’ll definitely be taking my...

Can I give more than 5 stars? My review of Seattle Cannabis Co. is long overdue; Their outstanding service, quality and range of products, and accessibility will ALWAYS make this my favorite place to go.

After deciding not to renew my green card, I was a little hesitant about shopping in the "recreational" market. I was pleasantly surprised to be welcomed with open arms by Mikey and Michelle. Over the year, their knowledgable team has always helped me find exactly what I need (CBD, tinctures, and even soothing gel for my mom's arthritis!).

Seattle Co. takes pride in their shop and it shows while offering what most shops don't; a clean, comfortable, spacious, discreet, friendly, and personable experience. Their product is always the HIGHEST quality, and their choice in vendors and product is outstanding. Hands down, their marijuana is the best - with plenty of options for Sativa/Hyb/Indica/indoor/outdoor/organic/CBD/THC, etc.

If you "check in" when you go (with just your email or phone number - and I've never been bothered by them) you can get a 20% discount after your 10th (or maybe 12th) visit! There is plenty of off street parking and an awesome deli just next door. Every so often they have awesome game day sales, promos, and occasional sales.

Okay so I just went in and first they couldn't find my order because I used my short first name, okay. Then they gave me things I didn't even order and I didn't realize it until I got home and looked at what I had originally ordered. I ordered, Paris Return of the MAC and Fleek Leaf Cannabis French Aloha both 3.5 grams. as well as Legal Tonics Rainer Cherry, I was given just the French Aloha and the Legal Tonics was Pomegranate flavor. The guys did go out of their way to help me out though and though confused I think that I still owe you guys because you also gave me an extra Rays lemonade that I didn't ask for, maybe I did pay for it, not sure but it was in my bag. So if you come up short one Rays Lemonade tonight I just want you to know where it is and that the next time I am in, I am happy to make good on it, I don't want the cashier to have to pay for something I accidentally got.
