Time 4 Nails — Attraction in Seattle

I went to this salon for a second time after having a mixed result the first time. This time as before I had 3 different technicians work on me. 2 for nail and one for waxing. The first time the person that did the pedicure was great. The person working on my hands seemed to be the owner or manager. She did an awful job. I had a wax and I loved the result. This time the person that did my pedicure was kind of mean and did not like it when i asked to round off the sharp edges of my nails. The girl working on my hands did not seem to understand what I wanted with my nails either. I ended up showing her with the file which did not go over well with either of them. The end result was good but the experience getting it was not. I did not have any better luck with the waxing. She burned me with the wax on the area under my nose. I was leaving for vacation the next day and wanted to look nice. Instead I had a scab under my nose. I didn't realize it until I got home because sometimes bumps appear after waxing and can be a bit uncomfortable but usually go down pretty fast. I did not leave the tip on my credit card as I felt that the owners would keep it for themselves. The woman who did my pedicure stood there staring at me after my waxing as if looking for her tip. I am slow to review as this happened just prior to Memorial day weekend. I did tip them but I will not be returning...

Horrible service!! I came down from Marysville to get nails done for my Birthday just to be rip off because the lady got upset because I did not like the way she cut them in coffin design . They appeared long before she shaped them and after cutting them, they appeared shorter another lady took nails off and put some more on and finished!!! This is where that I was beat at the cost of plain supposed to be ombre nails, no design no bling no nothing. She charged me $95 for full set and ombre because this was their definition of long nails. And anything I ask to add to try to make it look better or more designed for my birthday was going to be added extra cost!!! it wasn’t about the cost because when I originally walked in there, I was going to get a full set my feet done, eyelashes and eyebrows. After the bad service I received. I only got my feet done and the full set of nails so I would have spent more for the quality of the service !!!!! I was in town and have an event to go to this weekend and needed to get a new set and a pedicure. I called in to see if I needed to set up an appointment or if walk ins were fine and they said both were fine. The pedicure I got was fine, nothing to spectacular about it. BUT when they started on my new set on the other hand, first off when the lady went through to cut my old tips off she didn't pay attention to the skin that grows underneath and cut not one, not two but THREE of my fingers. She proceeded to clean it up with alcohol but not very well. She apologized and then another woman, whom I assume was the owner finished up my nails. Now if I hadn't have an event coming up I would've left, but that wasn't the case. So I'm sitting in the chair and three of my fingers are bleeding and everyone is acting like nothing happened. No one tried to Converse with me and everyone was to distracted with whatever show was playing on the TV or conversing amongst eachother....
