I have seen this Ramen sign for a while every time I drive Rainer Ave. Being a ramen head, I had to try it. I had pork belly ramen with pork bone broth and chicken wing. Yes, I was starving. Chicken wings were ok. They were drowning in sweet chili sauce. They were cooked all the way. I wish they were tossed in the sauce instead of drowning in the sauce. They can be a bit more spicier. I did not tasted any heat at all. Now move on to ramen. The bok choy were over cooked and very soggy. Noodles were ok. The egg was nice and soft but it could be too soft for some. It was not ajitama that you experience at other Japanese Ramen places. It was a runny boiled egg. The bean sprouts were raw. I prefer lightly stir fried but it maybe just fine for other people. The broth was good. With the pricing that they have, I would probably go to other ramen joints to get ramen. I am picky about Ramen. You can order online, or at the establishment. Order process / pick up was easy. You can eat at the outdoor tent. Parking maybe challenging.

Located on the backside of Poke to the Max. Ordered the classic ramen for the first time at this place. The broth is really good along with the noodles and other items. Will need to order online but also can order at a kiosk on site. Order also was very quick, as in minutes after ordering, it was ready. There is also an awning as we approach fall and winter if you so choose to eat outside.

I got the pork belly ramen. The pork belly was good - cut a bit too thick for my liking, but cooked well. Noodles weren't too chewy and pick up a lot of broth - so I'd say they were better than expected.

The broth fell short because I was expecting a richer broth. It tasted way too much like shoyu and nothing else (no meat fat and umami feeling). It seems like they mixed together chicken broth and shoyu and called it a day. I realize they might be doing the new-wave shoyu style broth, but it just...

This place is amazing, and covid friendly! So you first Place your order at the kiosk then you order everything you can pay with card and you can pay with cash no Apple Pay no Google pay. Then after that you just wait till they call out your name and it’s in a to go container so you can you can either sit down at the at the little tables that they made but still stay 6 feet apart or you could or you could just leave and eat the...
