Ordered dinner for my family. 5 orders. (3 spicy chicken, 2 reg chicken, 1 salmon, all with rice and salad) Got home- no salad and no spicy chicken…? Called and was told ā€œwe are out of salad and you didn’t order spicy chickenā€ what?? hmmm… I did, I have the order on line. Anyway, No apology, almost like it was my fault My $120 order was wrong, and my fault they didn’t have salad. BTW, when I arrived I literally saw the cook making a huge bowl of salad, so there is that…

One last challenge- we ordered on line at 4:30 pm because we are headed to the theater a bit later. I arrived at 4:45 pm - to find the door locked and a sign says they open at 5 pm. When the team arrived they said ā€œwe open at 5, your Order will be ready After 5… no apology, again, like I should have known and it’s my issue. Maybe let folks know on your website?

Just feels like the owner is a long ways away from this place, and the people working may have not been trained and have a tough job.

Sorry for terrible review- but service was really bad....

Not-so-great food, really poor service.

Two stars instead of one because the food was mostly edible, if not good. At this price point, though, just go somewhere that serves food you’ll actually like.

The meals are supposed to come with salad; apparently, they were out today, but didn’t let us know when we ordered or picked up and they wouldn’t give us a discount.

I ordered salmon teriyaki and vegetable tempura, two of my favorite dishes.

The salmon was plain, pan-cooked fish with sauce clearly added after cooking. The tempura had EXTREMELY thick batter, was soaked in grease, and was served with soy sauce (???). FYI, tempura should be served with tentsuyu.

I can only assume based off the other reviews that there was a new or different chef tonight? I’m certainly no expert, but it really seems like whoever was cooking tonight knew nothing about Japanese food. I’m honestly super...

On this beautiful day, my wife and I looked for a quick place to dine. We both decided that teriyaki was what our palates desired and put the information on Google to lead the way to our lunchtime cravings. As per Google fashion, we ended up down some back alley crowded with cars and dumpsters in the middle of the road. We decided that was not the teriyaki place we were looking for (see the star wars reference huh, huh???) Quickly, with cat like reflexes, I grabbed the phone from my wife because she had again proven her only flaw... being incapable to navigate. That's when I saw a place close by called Teriyaki Avenue... this place has ruined every other teriyaki place for us because it was delicious!!! I'm serious in saying, this will be our place of choice for teriyaki from now on. Teriyaki with...

Friendly welcoming fast service . Large portions when all other places reducing their portions, this place is serving really large filling portions😃😃😃 Reasonable prices. Please do not judge the place by its look from outside. The fresh delicious good hot food will impress you šŸ¤—šŸ¤—šŸ¤—, coupled with the excellent, friendly, accommodating service will put a good impression on you, and will make you a repeat customer. Honest owner. Always looking out for the best interest of his customers Good menu selection. Good delicious hot fresh food. They have covered outdoor seating. So come on down & order some of their delicious food & enjoy your meal either in your car or their outdoor seating. Clean, open space. Convenient location. Easy in & out parking lot

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE We ordered online for pickup on Tuesday April 1st, 2025. Took our money and gave us a pickup time. We showed up at the expected pickup time to find them closed with a sign on the door (picture attached)!! We ended up ordering from another place but we were left with no food and out $70. I understand emergencies happen, but they need to shut down the online ordering if that is the case. I’ve called yesterday (3/2) and today (3/3) and left messages but still have not heard from them about a refund. Will dispute with my bank once the charge goes through. Will update when I hear from them and will be going by in person tomorrow.
