This is a very small park and it's currently torn apart in places but I never see work being conducted on it, so it may be a forgotten project. There is new playground equipment with astroturf that looks nice. I hope it's cleaned up soon before the summer when kids will be here. Beautiful view over Blossom Lake. Resident ducks and sea birds. Not a big place, and the trail is limited (and closed off at the moment, as stated previously). I think it's nice for being so small, though it is immediately next to an eye sore junk yard with nothing covering it, so we'll see if or when these projects are completed. I'm hoping for improvements with a reasonable turnaround. Also, THE Pinellas Trail runs through the back...
Read moreWhat a quaint park, set with a new playground and turf and lake across the way. City workers were busy laying new electric lines for a project renovation there, so I'm hopeful next time we go there will be public restrooms available.
The park looks small at first glance, but it spreads back and has baby swings, safety swings for ages 5-12, teeter-totter hammock swing, zip line, rolling bar slide, sidewinder slide, jumping suspension bridge, climbing dome, spinning seats and posts, and much more. We spent over 3 hours exploring and playing and only had to leave because there are no restrooms currently...

They have recently added another covered pavilion so they now have two plus there is a grill. I also forgot to add the basketball court (3 hoops) two gazebos the lake and Pinellas trail is right there as well.
