This has to be the worst experience I have ever had with T mobile. This place took over 2 hours to get the info onto my new IPhone. I had to watch as they factory reset the phone again and agin. First they tried to sell me a screen protector with my Otter Box, Otter Box already has a screen protector. Then after the first âGeniusâ took over an hour, the second one gave it a go. She coughed and wiped her nose, then immediately touched the phone. They didnât even manage to get the new download onto it, or my apps. All this in the poring rain, as they made jokes about me having to walk through it. All and all this is the worst bunch of jackasses I have ever had to deal with for a phone. And the place started leaking water when it was raining, which they again started making jokes about. T mobile should hire someone who knows what the hell they are doing. Stephanie happily gave me one, then quickly reviewed our family account, pointing out the great sale on an iPhone 8 and an Apple Watch for half price.
