Beach Pizza Plus — Restaurant in Seminole

A little bit disappointed. 2nd time trying this place. Ordered a pickup for 13.91$. Tipped 3.00$ totalling 16.91. My bf got a notification from our debit card for $16.69. Weird. But in the 4 mins it takes to drive home he got ANOTHER authorization from Beach Pizza for 3.90$. When I walked in the door he knew I was in transit and could not have been me. So I call them to tell them not only was the reciept I had in my hand not matching initial withdrawal but there was a second one. The girl put Sean on the phone and they told me pretty much they have no idea what must have happened and they didn't do it. Well I offered a screenshot of my bank app that clearly showed their name 2 separate occasions. I waited to see after the batch is done at end of night if maybe I would be credited back nut wasn't. It's not the few dollars it's the fact this wasn't remedied AFTER I made them aware of a mistake. Pizza was good but not worth me taking a chance of something like this happening for a few bucks every time that no one was willing to fix. Every dollar really matters to me right now with the prices of everything and after the storm. Really disappointed and I'm in this business so I was sad...

Ordered Chicken parm and pasta to go X2. The breading on the chicken had a nice burned ring around it mmmm what a way to add flavor. The chicken was sitting on top of what I can only describe as pasta soup. Thank god the chicken wasn't on the bottom. I hope I was just unlucky and it was a "rushed order"because they were too busy to take the chicken out on time and drain the excess water out of the pasta . Worst yet I couldn't eat it for a half hour because I was in the middle of something. You would think the pasta would've absorbed any excess water that was there by then. I'll try them again because there close to home but one more incident and they're history. This was the second time eating there. I bought a pizza from them that they shouldn't be to proud of. Ordered again as I go probably weekly if not more as we love this place. Fast delivery and awesome food. Have some new girl answering the phone which is not the friendliest but she's new and probably leary if all the orders she gets. They seem to come and go pretty fast so that won't stop me from continuing to order here. Got the white pizza,j poppers, zuchinni, Italian, Philly Steak and Cheese ((we think it's a little dry but we just pour our own sauce on it, but meat is thin (love this) and sandwich is a good portion)). Everything turned out awesome and was hot and crispy from delivery at that. Love this place and everything we've ever had is always great.
