If you have a dog or several this is your park. You must pick up the dogs dump but if it barks or tries to bite the people next door, do not worry. I love dogs and I think people should have dogs and be able to camp with them. But not at the expense of the other campers. People have a responsibility to keep the dogs quiet and under control. We had a barking dog on the other side of the park that barked at us when we walked by but since it was 2 streets over is was not a big problem. Now it has moved across the street and starts at 5 am. It is quiet during the day then it barks in the evening when the people are playing with it. When I complained to the manage she said aren't you leaving soon. Leave these people alone. We have been here 4 months and have paid big money for this spot but since we are not annual or 6 and 6 we need to just mind our own business. If I had a dog and wanted to stay at least 6 months, this would be my 1st choice of parks. It is very close to the beach; and if not for the dogs; it was a very nice 4 months. The people that live here...
Read moreWe made this park our home for 6yrs. Each year more and more things were taken away! BUT rent went up. Dot plays favorites and uses rumors against people, as if we were in elementary school vs. grown Adults who can think for themselves! I speak my mind, which she despises. When she couldn’t find a reason to kick us out, she just refused to renew our contract! I can guarantee she will post on here that I’m a disgruntled resident, I don’t know what she expects when we were forced to leave our home! We have had to leave our many friends, and our Doctors. She loves to blame the issues on the group of lawyers who oversee the park, BUT when you talk to the lawyers they say she’s in charge of everything. Elderly people live there as their retirement homes and they can’t even get trash pick up! Dot was maintenance when we first moved there. Now she’s playing in a management roll with no education! She’s basically a Bully in the position! Everyone walks on eggshells so they don’t get the same treatment that we got after being there...
Read moreI made reservations well in advance for a pull through lot for 38ft motor home towing a vehicle. We arrived at 11am after driving for 4 hours not knowing check in time was 1pm. We came down just for the night to visit family staying in Treasure Island for the week from up north. Officer manager said she would see if our lot was available. After waiting her return she advised our lot was and said we would have to back in. I explained I reserved a pull though lot as I was towing a vehicle. I was first told that I didn’t ask for a pull through or it would have been on the reservation. I advised I always ask for pull through and was told they had one available. After several minutes of her looking she then says they don’t reserve lots, only that a site will be available. Total BS! So now instead of a relaxing couple of days with family we had a quick visit and heading back home because no others sites were available to fit our unit within 60 miles. Thoroughly disgusted...
