The main feature convenience if this shopping plaza specifically relates to the fluidity of the parking lot and the clearly marked Disabled area signs and markers. I feel safe as both: A pedestrian walking to and from my car, as well as a driver trying to access the best exit for my next expected route to destination. This lot provides drivers with easy access to both Park Street and (the poplar) 54th Ave North, which leads straight to interstate access for those headed to Tampa or Gulfport. Publix is great. This shopping center, however, may need better management. There is nothing to draw people into this space. Maybe it needs a Trampoline park, bowling center, etc. Not sure if demographics could support a gym. I dunno. Needs something to have large groups of people to seek it out. This may provide higher revenue for the smaller shops within the complex, in my opinion, because people will remember those shops when they need those products or services in the future. Seems like a layup for the right investor. If I had the resources I certainly would look into that...
