I'm delighted to tell you that that is no longer the case, a special highlight for Gage. Gage there used to work at Walmart, and used to be the friendliest guy in electronics now working at the game exchange he makes sure that everybody who walks into that door is going to have a good time regardless of the day they're having, he is friendly polite very funny and goes the extra mile to make sure that you get a good deal. The store is always clean, and full of a wide variety of collectibles electronics TCG's and many many more. I try to stop by here at least once every 2 weeks to look through the wide expanse of pokémon card binders they have. This place is also very kid friendly as I bring both of my boys who are younger than seven into this store on a regular basis and they always have...
Read morePulled some Xbox games off of the shelf that I had been looking for and were well priced. The Xbox games had their original cases and everything too. Saw the sticker price and assumed that was the price for the games. Took my games to the counter for checkout and they scanned the barcode for the games and informed me that they couldn't sell me the Xbox games since they were not priced accordingly. One game jumped up by like $50-60 and the others had a $10-20 jump in price. They said they couldn't sell me the game but they could knock off $10 off the new price, which I'd still be paying a considerable amount for compared to the price sticker on the case. Kinda ridiculous that I have to pay more because the employees didn't price the games right. I understand if you can't get to them because you're busy, but just own the mistake if you only price items when customers bring the item to you. If you aren't going to honor the sticker prices, please don't bother putting them...
Read moreterrible experience. first trip we got quoted $100 for my computer. assumed i could get more money at another place, but then realized i didn’t want to spend the effort in trying to do so. upon second visit, we waited an hour and thirty minutes to get a quote on my pc and it turned out to be $30. (there were two people working and only one knew what they were doing) after the long wait with nothing achieved, we asked if we could come back tomorrow to further the transaction. (the guy said yes and apologized for the long wait) upon third visit, we were angrily greeted and told that we were “being sketch”. the owner also told me that he was going to give away my pc if i had not returned later that day. overall, this was the worst customer service experience of my life. i think none of the employees were qualified enough for their jobs. i do not recommend this...
