RibCrib BBQ — Restaurant in Shawnee

I came here to get BBQ to go because I loved Rib Crib's food. I WON'T be coming back. First, I ordered a gallon of lemonade. The jug wasn't full and when I asked why, all I was told was they'd run out and couldn't fill it up completely. No offer to refund my money, no offer of a different drink instead. I'm surprised I got an apology. When I got home I noticed the pan containing the meat didn't feel like it weighed 3.25 lbs (I ordered the super pack and it was supposed to have 3.25 lbs of meat). It was less than 3 lbs even in the pan. When I opened it the meat didn't even cover the bottom of the pan, so it's not like they couldn't fit it in there. The meats were barely lukewarm. The chopped brisket was full of huge chunks of fat. The pulled pork was dry. None of it was edible. The baked beans tasted good until I hit a big chunk of brisket fat. I couldn't eat more after that. The potatoes in the potato salad were quite hard and crunchy - obviously undercooked. The only things that were good were the loaf of bread and the mashed potatoes and gravy.

While I was there I saw a person bring back a to go order because he was given the wrong order. Then I saw the SAME BAG handed to another person who came to pick up their order. So don't ever call to place a pickup order - who knows what happens to your food...

UPDATE: I tried again after months. The first time surprisingly everything was good. The second time I was missing an extra side and extra smoked sausage I ordered and paid for. I knew it was too good to be true. It was a Tuesday…they were not busy.

UPDATE: I don’t know what has happened to this RibCrib but the bottom has fallen out. In the last 6 months or so it has gone from bad to worse. The last big order of ribs I got were like leather. The last 3 times O ordered to go I was missing items. THREE TIMES IN A ROW!!! And multiple times before that. You Have robbed me of about $30 worth of food. I ALWAYS leave a tip but always get screwed. NO MORE…MY FAMILY HAS HAD IT WITH RIBCRIBS INCOMPETENCE

I'm not sure why I have to beg for BBQ sauce at a BBQ restaurant with my takeout order. Why do the sides I get inside, THAT COME WITH my order, not come with my order for take out. Why don't I get utensils with my take out order. I don't have to bring my own when I eat inside. Napkins are also helpful in a to go order. The app should wait to ask for a tip after the order...

Had to order the 3 meat dinner cause they were out of pulled pork, and they couldn't sub anything. So half the menu was unorderable! Sliced Brisket was half little pieces like it was chopped but still got charged for slices, and it was so dry and bland I had to cover it in bbq. The chicken was just as dry and bland! The polish sausage was good! The mash potatoes were brown when I tried to take bite, so I had to get beans, The beans were good but had chunks of hard meat in it that I couldn't even chew up. Mac n cheese noodles were good, but the cheese was so cheap that I taste like it, bland and watery. Overall, I feel like we got ripped off. The waitress waited tell we were ready to order before telling us they were sold out of pulled pork, didn't want to refill my water, just acted like she wanted to get us out of there. Place was filthy for not having any customers! Every table was nasty, trash everywhere on the floor. One person cleaning and the rest just standing around talking to each other....
