I discovered MiPops nearly a year ago, but because of the distance, I have only gone into the shop once. I participate in their weekly Instagram live and love the energy and sense of community, plus an opportunity to shop from the comfort of my phone. Nick and Nessa care deeply about their customers and community. And it shows. Like I said, I have only gone into the shop once, but I order often and have my items shipped. And although I have only been in the shop the one time and had only had one other conversation with them, they remembered what items I was interested in adding to my collection and contacted me when they got one. Just this past week, during the Instagram live, they were promoting a mystery item, and I excitedly ordered a few plus a few PoPs to complete a collection I was working on. The next day, just after I paid my invoice, I realized I had ordered a pop I already had. Knowing that sales are final, I reached out via Instagram DM because the shop was not open yet, and I am hoping to have the issue resolved before my order shipped. After a text or 2 and a quick conversation with Nick, all was made right. And my order arrived the following Wednesday while I was watching the live. WOW! Just WOW! I was referred to Mipops by some collector friends of mine who recently stopped in for the first time. I was looking to thin out my collection and buy some new ones to add in as well. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff was energetic, inviting, and VERY knowledgeable… above all, super friendly. I only brought a handful of pops to sell and they gave me the fairest price. Their selection is hands down the best in the area and from what I’m told, they are always dropping more. I think the biggest take away, again, was the atmosphere. I stuck around almost an hour just to talk pops and other stuff. You can really tell this is shop for the pop collector. They mentioned their rewards program and even mentioned to my son that they have a report card A program and a birthday program. I even noticed a sign on the window that they have a Power Ranger coming for an in store signing. The shop is looks small but is packed with fun and a TON of great pops to select from.
