Worst experience ever. Purchased 2 batteries last year with a one year warranty. The batteries wont hold a charge any more. When I went to exchange them with in the warranty period I was told I couldn't because they have a new owner now and are not really Battery Warehouse anymore. Even though the building still says Battery Warehouse. They said I had to go to the other location in Shelby. Which is giving me the run around about exchanging it saying that have to keep them for a week and see if it holds a charge. Yes, it holds a charge, but after four hours of use its completely dead the next time I try to use it and won't recharge. This is the first and last time I will ever by a gel batteries. I took it back on Sept 6th and was told they would only exchange it. I explained that I was told I had seven days to return it. I was informed that I couldn't with no explanation from the unpleasant man who wasn't the original one that helped me. Why waste time on another off-brand battery when the first one sucked? I was only going to use it as a back up because my OEM one finally died. They're friendly when they sell you a battery, but don't believe them when they say you...

I took it in and he had me pay $20 more, so whatever I did. My phone's screen didn't make it past the weekend. Another crack, from top to bottom has just appeared. These are stress cracks from too much tension. I don't know if I got two bad screens or if they are being installed incorrectly, but my 1st screen lasted me 2 years before I accidentally dropped it. Seems like there is...
