If you bring your dog or dog's here I strongly advise you keep an eyes open. Had another encounter with pets off the leash. It's pretty sad when people can't even read or understand the rules. All pets must be on a leash. Not to mention I'm disabled with 2 dogs and yet my dogs are on a leash at all times. Other than that, not too bad of a park. If I could give it a 0 star I would. My hubby and I decided on a whim to take a break from working and go have a picnic in a park. We're new to the area so Google suggested Shepherdsville park and it was lovely. We got a picnic table and privet pavilion complete with a fire pit/grill area. It was quiet and clean and just perfect. Hands down the best time we've shared together in a while. Would 100% recommend this park and plan on going back again...
