AutoZone Auto Parts — Local services in Shepherdsville

I was sold 7 lug rotors to go on my 6 lug F150. Not the associate’s fault because the Autozone website said they were the correct part. However, there were several reviews from 4+ years ago on there stating that they had the same issue and it has not been resolved. Upon returning the rotors I was told that the correct ones, that are the exact same size with one less bolt hole in them, were $12 more each! I was not offered any kind of discount for their company mistake! Then on the same vehicle, I was sold rear calipers. One went on perfectly and the other did not have the correct caliper in the box! I will be updating this review tomorrow when I return that because I’m sure I won’t be offered anything for my 3rd trip because of their mistakes! BTW I did not buy the new rotors from them because I found the same ones on Partsgeek.com for $24 less each! I guess from now on, I will shop for all my parts online!

Update: Took the caliper back and explained to them that it was the wrong part in the box with the correct part number for my truck. They “politely” informed me that they had no more in stock and there was nothing they could do! I have spent $1,000’s at autozone over the last few years and will never buy...

This place is a joke they don't care about their customers and they treat their employees like complete garbage especially their red shirts. They over work their red shirts and give them very little hours to where you don't even have enough to cover bills. They show complete favoritism to a few of their employees and when you mention it they do nothing like they don't even hear you or they honestly don't care. Their DM targets people and discriminates against people especially ones he doesn't like. He's not very professional person. I highly recommend that you don't work here and there are roaches running around the store and mold around the toilet in the women's room. The store is poorly maintained and the floor is breaking all over the place. This place is a safety and health concern to their employees and customers. The ladders that the company has its employees climbing up to get the customers parts is unsafe some are bend and others are missing wheels and when it's mentioned to the higher ups we are pretty much...

The employees here are friendly and very knowledgable, but this store is horribly under staffed. It literally takes an hour to have them give you a price on a part, go in the back and find it, and then check you out. Most times I go in this store I stand in a long line while the only 2 employees in the entire store try to help one person because one employee does not know where anything is or how to find it.

Recently, I went into the store to rent a fuel pressure tester kit and it literally took 45 mins before the employee actually found the kit and checked me out. I stood there while the only employee in the front of the store cluelessly pecked on his keyboard for 3 min and then walked to the back for 5 min over and over until the 45 min was up and he finally found what I needed.
