CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Shepherdsville

the only reason I continue to use this pharmacy is because this is the only one my insurance will cover. they insist I can't call to refill my migraine injections before two days prior to them being due, I do and they always tell me they have to place an order give them 3-4 days, then when I call to check to see if meds are ready they say they don't have enough employees to put truck away.. so everytime I'm late on my meds and there is always a gap. October 1st I had a doctors appointment, she called in another migraine medicine that needed a PA which was sent on the 3rd.. 3 times I went up there and they blamed it on my doctor.. I begged for them to try to run it, nah they said they couldnt.. October 26th they finally tried and wouldn't you know it went through. they will be the reason someone that has life saving...

Worst pharmacy to go to , the pharmacy people are a joke looked me dead in the face in my eye and closed the door on me and didn’t say a word to me for a good 10 or 15 minutes after the fact i was standing in line behind another customer i then proceeded to look for another work associate in the store when i finally find one she looks me dead in the face and says they are taking their lunch like they couldn’t of have told me that when i was standing in line behind another customer for 10 - 15 minutes like sorry i don’t plan my whole life schedule around the pharmacist lunch break and the fact they looked at me while i stood there and didn’t say a word to me after the fact the pharmacist looked me dead in the eye and closed the door on me what a joke definitely do not recommend...

Worst experience i have ever had with cvs. My wife has been on hold now for over 50 min just to ask a question. We moved to this location (pharmacy)for convenience that was the worst decision we ever made. I had to call there corporate office two weeks ago over other pharmacy issues.
