Didn't come to the drive through for us although 4 people were working inside. After sitting in the drive through saying "hello?" for a few minutes, we drove by and looked at all the employees through their window... fortunately for the next person in line, they did seem to answer them. I went inside because I really wanted my coffee. Well, 0 of the 4 employees acknowledged my presence while I waited for them INSIDE to take my order. A couple minutes later, I tried to get someone's attention by asking them why I couldn't get help in the drive through but the person behind me could. They ignored me! I said, hello?!? Then one girl said, "the headphones died." No apology, hardly any eye contact... Anyway, I did eventually leave with my turtle mochas inhand but the difference in customer service between this Caribou and others I've been to is just astonishing. Read moreI was home visiting family and drove through on Thursday, July 6th around 2:30pm. I was looking forward to my Caribou coffee because we do not have many where I live now, in North Carolina. While the crew did nothing wrong making the drinks, my husband and I both disliked the taste of ours as they were extremely sweet. I walked in and told them what we didn't like and asked if we could possibly have them redone. I did. I did not get her name but she was fantastic! Without hesitation she offered to remake ours and was so sweet in the process. I've seen one too many times where their is an attitude that comes with asking to have your drink remade. She was so sweet and made it such a great experience. I did not get her name but I am hoping by stating the day and time (and she was a shorter blonde) that her manager can give her a shout out because she deserves the recognition! Read moreI've had several instances where this location didn't live up to my expectations, but after my wife's experience earlier this week I felt compelled to actually write a review. At approx 7:00 am my wife arrived to find that the drive thru wasn't open and she'd have to go inside. After entering the store she orders (medium flavored latte, large dark roast coffee), and is told that the computer system is down so they cant ring up her order but that it's $9.00 ($5 for the Latte & $4 for the coffee which is usually $2.65 w/ tax). The staff went through the trouble of asking if she needed any cream or sugar in the coffee as they hadn't had a chance to set it out for the day yet, but failed to add either after she told them "yes" to both...
