Our daughter and her boyfriend had looked at mattresses and had received great customer service to help them determine what bed would be best for her boyfriend. Unfortunately due to their young age, they did not qualify for a loan. We went to the store and applied for a loan to help them out. It took less than 20 minutes and the new bed will be here in less than 24 hours. The sales person did not try to give us a “pitch” to have us buy a mattress while we were there, which was much appreciated. We do no need a new mattress and I appreciated not having to listen to reasons why we should or about the mattresses they have and why we should buy one when that was not our intention of being in the store. We came into the store just being interested in another mattress and the associate was very friendly and he wrote up a quote for us. We didn’t purchase anything that day, however, a few months down the road the need and opportunity presented itself so I called the store and spoke with the same person. He remembered me, was very friendly again and quick to accommodate our needs, based on our previous experience, in purchasing what we needed immediately (even was able to ship it from the warehouse the next morning since the truck was to come the next morning). When we came into the store to purchase, although he wasn’t available, another associate helped us who was also very friendly and knowledgeable to get the order put together. This is my second time to purchase something at Mattress Firm. The first time, in the company of my son, was a really good experience and I was given all the information I was needing before making my decision as to which bed and mattress to buy. The person helping me was very kind, courteous, and really knew what he was talking about, and he tried very hard to learn exactly what I was looking for. So of course when I was in need of another bed I knew exactly where I wanted to go, to Mattress Firm. And I was not at all disappointed.
