Trippi's Uniforms Inc — Attraction in Shrewsbury

I ordered a dress on Fashion Nova for my baby shower it came in last minute and I tried it on and it did not fit and needed so many different adjustments. I called Trippies and they had told me that typically for what I needed done I would have needed to call weeks in advance. I expressed my urgency and concern as my baby shower was only three days away. I was asked to come in same day so they can look at it, I tried the dress on and the nice lady said that she doesn’t know if they’ll be able to make it work with how much adjustment the dress needed. She called over her coworker, and forgive me for not Remembering their names. He looked at the dress 360 and he said he could make it work! I left my dress with them at about 3 o’clock in the afternoon and they close at 5 PM. They had my dress altered by the following early afternoon. I came back in to try it on the next day and only minor adjustments needed to be made. They had my dress ready again the next day before my baby shower. They were so kind and helpful and did what they could to make it work and be just on time with such short notice. I will always come back here. They shortened the sleeves, hemmed the dress, fixed the latch on back or dress, made a stitch to bring up the V line , and tightened the shoulders . They even added extra fabric to the side of the dress because my baby bump would not allow the zipper to go all the way up! The dress looked beautiful and they really...

I've come here twice for my scrubs to be embroidered and patched as they are connected to my program and both times I did not get what I requested when I specifically showed the front desk staff exactly what I wanted. The second time I was extremely disappointed and disheartened that I wasted my time and new scrubs from outside stores that I would be unable to return as they are not from Trippi's.

I will just mention that during my last conversation with one of the managers, it was suggested that I let the front know that the specific embroidery I wanted had to be shipped out because it is not the same as the type that is done in house. My response to them was that I shouldn't have to do that as the staff should be trained sufficiently to take these requests or ask questions when they are unsure. They were very apologetic, offered me their business card, and full refunds for the tops and embroidery order.

Overall, I want to thank both managers from both instances for doing their best to rectify the unfortunate outcome. If I need more scrubs in the future I will just purchase the patch from them and do the embroidery elsewhere as I am now aware that...

They don't care about or want your business. Abhorrent customer service. Wouldn't even come to the door to offer service and they are technically closed so don't bother driving out. They stated they are open but I could not enter to look or purchase. Work N Gear will let you in! Tried on my new scrubs and bought everything I needed. Wore a mask and no one got sick or died from me trying on and buying my scrubs. Go to work n gear. You also get a discount if you work in a hospital at work n gear. Better selection and price....
