Dollar Tree — Attraction in Simi Valley

This Dollar Tree always seems understaffed. Most of the staff is cordial and professional, but today I witnessed something quite unprofessional. I was checking out and the cashier answered the phone and answered two of the lady's questions, but instead of answering the third, she gave no response and put the phone down, and continued scanning my items. I heard the lady on the phone call out twice before the casher picked up the phone again and said she was with a customer ( should have said that to begin with). Been havin home troubles n blew alotta cash b4 I realized moving out and finding a room to rent close to my job anyways i was in a rush and forgot my change on my way out and the cashier remained friendly despite both my cards declining and was extremely patient still when I asked the angel behind me that loaned me 68 cents but even though she only had cash n had to be totaled to put the change on my purchase she didn't make me feel like I was making her job more difficult or a burden at all. Gosh I wish I got her name but it was a few hours ago and I think she deserves a raise. Such qaulity customer service is the biggest asset to bring in more business so...

I come from West Hollywood out to Simi Valley at least once a month on business and regularly go to the Dollar Tree store. The selection is great and the store is very large. There are unbelievable buys basically because everything is a dollar. You can get name brand products that cost 500% more in stores like Gelson's, CVS or Pavilions. The manager of the store is a very great guy. Very helpful and terrific personality. It is a very smooth operation and worth a visit. I walked out with 49 items that cost me $49 and if I had done this in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills it would have...
