New Panda — Restaurant in Simi Valley

Prices have doubled and yes, it's very low brow Chinese food. But I'm still giving it 5 stars, cause low brow chinese food is a certain genre of food that probably started in NY or SF and there's hundreds of similar places nationwide. Panda Express corporatized this type of food.

This place is OG, and does greasy low brow Chinese the way it was before Panda. And it does it well. And Simi, a place with little urban culture, somehow has this place, and it's been at this location in the strip mall since the late 90s. I remember...

This place is awful, go anywhere else but here. The lady that took my order was dressed very unprofessional and she was constantly on her phone ignoring me. She was serving my food with dirty utensils and I asked her to use a clean one to serve my food and she insisted it was clean. IT WAS NOT! I wanted to buy an Arizona and she said it cost $4 when they are actually $1. So they just tripled the price there. Also, this place is incredibly dirty, tables were all dirty with old food and dust. Disgusting! Shrimp was rubber and cold. Noodles where cold. And the waiter burped in my face while taking my husband's plate from the table. We didn't even eat one plate and manager said she would give us a discount. Her discount was $4.80! So we walked out disgusted , hungry and still had to pay $31 00 after her so called discount. So I paid $31 for maybe 5 bites of food! I would have rather ate dirt!! I had to pick a star but I wouldn't give the even...
