Dj Stereo Town — Attraction in Sioux City

Absolutely the worst. Had them install a new receiver in my old Chevy pickup. First they quoted $100 installed (old model with no bluetooth) They charged me $141. I figured they must have had a problem or something. Well, they put it in the middle of the dash!! They never said a word to me about not replacing the existing (stock) stereo (they left it in there!!). I wasn't happy about this, but was even less happy when I realized that I can't read the face from the angle its at ANYTIME it is light out. Then about halfway home I realized it was only playing through one speaker. I went back the next day, and the guy that was there Said "It's a speaker problem!" Even before he knew what vehicle, what type of stereo, anything!! I took it apart myself and found that they had TAPED wires together.... All in all, I'm very unhappy. I think they should be ashamed of the job they did here, I know they will never touch another vehicle of mine, and I will tell anyone who will listen not to go...

Doug and his team are excellent people to work with. They will really go the extra mile to ensure you're satisfied with his service and your overall experience - you won't leave disappointed. Any bugs that needed worked out were fixed on the spot and any questions I had (there were a lot of things I had questions on, technology nowadays is crazy) were answered immediately. My install included an in-dash dvd player, 4 speakers w/ a pair of tweeters, two amplifiers, a subwoofer and a two-way car alarm with remote start. It all looks extremely clean and it appears as though it came factory that way. There is no question this was done by professionals.

I would do business with them again any day of the week, and would recommend them for any of your car audio & electronic needs. I knew what I wanted and I wanted it done right, safe to say they exceeded all expectations that I had going...

I been doing business with stero town for a few years now always great work and great service. They had some issues on my car yesterday and I must say I am so impressed with the costume service they offered! The gentleman there made a point to sacrifice anything he could have, I'm not one to post review; but I had to share this because you cannot find customer service like this anymore!
