I bought an xbox one S from the store on Hamilton blvd and because of legitimate reasons, I needed to return it. I lost the receipt but because I bought the 6 month warranty, they could have easily looked up my purchase. I even had the transaction screen shot on my phone. Jessica refused to take the return and even refused to attempt to look up the transaction. Also when I told her that you can't get high speed internet where I live (in the country), she proceeded to tell me to just plug an ethernet cable into the back to get high speed internet. No joke, she said that twice after I said twice that the internet companies don't offer internet service where I live. Anyway, I then said fine. How much for you to buy it back. I bought this thing for $223 and some change. Rudely she said $50. I said no way am I taking less than a quarter of what I paid for it. She said she needed my ID. I asked what for and she said because I was selling it to the store. Do you see the trend I was dealing with at this store? If you go to this store don't buy the warranty for anything and don't buy anything period. Oh, and I guess you can't ever lose...

I wasn't happy with this place at all. I saw a watch that i really liked. I asked for some help and waited and waited and waited. I finally saw the so called manager and he was on his break but quickly helped a Hispanic guy with a tv. I told him that I've been waiting for almost 25 minutes for help. He told me that he was on break and that when someone else was done that they would help me. The screwed up part is that as soon as all the customers were gone except for me they completely either disappeared or wouldn't help me at all. This place is the worst. I have never seen such rude and unfriendly people ever. They really need to take some classes in customer service. I even work in fast food and never give my customers the service I received. I was there for almost 45 minutes and left with nothing except extreme anger. How rude and disrespectful. I'm never going...

This place has went downhill over the years. I remember living in Morningside and traveling on the city bus from there repeatedly because of the large quality selection. I especially enjoyed the large movie selection. Now, it's only worth going if you like jewelry or expensive used tools. They are very picky about buying things, but I saw a $1 camera without the accessories a few months ago. On top of that, the employee couldn't even tell me if the camera worked or not.
