Terrible experience!!! Read carefully before going there. I called about a stereo upgrade for my corvette. Was told they could do it in about 2 hours. I arrived at 11 am, again told it would be 2 hours. Left the vehicle and went shopping white it was worked on. After 3 hours returned, couldn't locate vehicle on premise. Claimed it was being tested(for a stereo?)and would be ready in another 2 hours. Back to mall for another 3 hours. Returned and told the same thing, it would be at least another 2 hours. Again couldn't locate car on shop property. This time I decided to just wait. Staff kept pacing looking out the window and whispering to each other. After about 2 hours of waiting my co-worker, who rode with me, spotted it turning in off the road and straight into the garage. Asked what was going on as 1). I had been waiting for about 8 hours on a 2 hour job, and 2). Why my vehicle was off site. No real explanation but PROMISED it would be ready in less than an hour. When "ready" (after about 9 hours)I was told the radio wouldn't work without a "stand alone antenna"and that my original power antenna wouldn't work anymore. After almost 10 hours, a destroyed antenna, and a new stereo that radio wouldn't work, I was charged the SAME amount despite waiting almost 10 hours and a stereo that ONLY played cd"s. I also noticed about 200 additional miles on the vehicle. It is clear they took the corvette joy riding for 8 hours and then tried to quickly install the stereo at the end of the day, doing a terrible job. Now have to have the job re-done. Never going back and never doing business again with this establishment. I purchased a amp and subwoofer last year with their one year warranty. I asked several times if they were sure the amp wouldn't blow the subwoofer I was told the amp wouldn't, as a matter of fact I was told it absolutely that it wouldn't. I purchased it in Oct. 2014 and late April I started hearing issues with the sub. I returned it in June 2015 which was verified the sub was blown. I was charged a $25 fee for them to ship the blown sub back to where ever, without given any documents to prove it would be shipped back for all I know it was thrown in the garbage.. A person would think that the prices they charge they would ship their own defective products back or had something in place to protect themselves other then a customer. I was told they are charge so they charge the customer, I've never seen this practice before anywhere. Anyway that $25 cost them more because I was going to purchase $1000 worth of tires, another amp along with more speakers, also I was going to have them do other work to my vehicle. So I figure they lost between $3K to $4500 within the next two months from me, which I will be happy to give someone else my business, I also paid off their credit card and closed the account. I took my truck there for a front end alignment. It was just lifted with new tires and rims and it's a considerably nice vehicle. My mechanic who put the lift on made sure to look over the truck prior to bringing it to them. Dropped the truck off and the gentlemen told me they would get started on it at about 2:00. I returned at 3:30 and was told they couldn't do it because it needed Upper and lower ball joints on both sides of the truck. So, being the person that I am I took it back to my mechanic for him to check over again. After his inspection of the truck he informed me once again there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. I took the truck to some one else today and they had no problem performing the alignment and also agreed that there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. So, they were trying to take me for over $1000 on 4 ball joints. Beware of this place, question everything and have them show you. I will never do any kind of business with these guys.
