Taylor-Brawner Park — Attraction in Smyrna

BEAUTIFUL FAMILY -and- DOG FRIENDLY PARK!!! I have enjoyed walking my “fur baby” at this park for the past 3 years! The City of Smyrna does an OUTSTANDING JOB keeping this park clean and well-maintained – along with a rotation of seasonal flowers and fresh ground covering. Nice walkable hardscape that’s spacious enough for pushing a stroller while walking your dog - in addition to TONS of green space to grab a blanket and picnic basket and enjoy the afternoon! Clean and well-maintained playground for the kids with seating available for adults. *Bonus: There’s a hidden ‘gem’ tucked away in the rear corner of the park … a peaceful and serene Healing Garden. A nice area to stop for meditation and/or reflection. Looking forward to summertime – FOOD TRUCK...

We decorated for a babyshowere here. The grounds and building are beautiful. Clean and peaceful. The space was perfect for a babyshower or small wedding reception. There's a playground with a walking path. It's small. There was lots of people there. Minding their business.

There was a restroom available. Dog friendly although I didn't see many dogs. It would be a nice park for a little picnic too! Parking is kinda tight. But theres free parking. It was a guy out there proposing to a lady. Not sure if she said yes. He seemed like he was doing a little begging or pleading from my observation.

It’s official…..Food Truck Tuesday opened on Tuesday,May 2nd for the springtime until September. Bring your family with chairs, blankets, picnic table, chairs etc. Lots of fun things to do n the park. Children have their own playground, piano and books to read and learn how to use a piano at your own leisure. Playground was newly renovated during the summer of 22, with seats and tables. Beautiful path to exercise, secret garden and water fountain.
