I visited this location on 4/20 at approx. 8:45pm. I waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes before a store employee and manager came out to say they weren't taking anymore orders tonight. I asked them why they weren't taking anymore orders as it was only 9pm and they didn't close for another 30 minutes. The employee and the manager both responded "because it's Easter, so we're closing early"... The problem with this is that no where on the store or website did it say they'd be closing early today and they had about 7 additional cars not including ours still waiting in line.
As I tried to explain to the manager that I'd already been waiting in the line for 20 minutes now and had to wait because they locked the store doors, she walked away acting as though she couldn't hear me. The drive thru was so backed up that I couldn't even back out or turn around, so I had to finish driving through the drive thru line. As they took the car's order in front of mine, they then quickly shut off the menu lights right afterwards.
I pulled around to the window to ask for the manager's name because I planned to reach out to corporate (which I did ASAP), but once I got to the window an employee shook his head mouthing the words "we're closed!" and laughing WITH the manager who was standing at the drawer counting the money and closing the register. I took a video of this entire interaction. It was the most unprofessional and rude experience I've had at a restaurant in quite awhile. Get there and get my icecream that's already made and melting before my food finally arrives another 5 minutes later. I check my cheeseburger bc this location NEVER gets it right. I show the cashier that they didn't add the extra cheese. She asks for it back and then asks me to pull forward. I'm really annoyed bc my icecream is completely soft now. The guy who's the owner comes to my car and hands the the exact same cheeseburger that I handed back. I ask if it's the same and he says yes the cooked put the extra piece of cheese you paid on it. I tell him that if he's the owner of a food franchise that he should KNOW that it's against food safety law to take back food and send the same food back out to a customer. I asked why I was parked for them to further waste my time with a cheeseburger I can't eat? He says he's always sent the same food back out without making it fresh. I tell him that he's wrong and needs to be investigated. I WILL NEVER patronize this location. The owner is unethical and clearly doesn't care about food safety standards...

I took at my bank statement today and they charged me $35 for the cake. That is a $7 increase, 25% higher mark up!!! When we contacted, they said that the "they have been meaning to update the price on the website but the cake was actually $35" and they did not honor the price at all that was stated and I was up charged for the cake. That is poor business manners and will not be returning to this DQ. [Updated review, general manager reached out and provided me another cake at my convenience for the trouble. I did double check the site to confirm the prices were updated and changed my review to 4 stars].
