A funky and hip tonsorium in the heart of Somers Point, NJ serving up epic, time travelling barbering. From the moment we picked out services and booked our appointment on their website (received a response as soon as we hit the button) the hipness began. Located right on RT. 9 convenient to the 509 NJ Transit bus stop or parking in the shared Free parking lot (wheelchair accessible), we signed in, and had a seat. Took in the sights and sounds of the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Got in the chair at our appointed time and was treated to some serious barbering. Lou is amazing! This is my second experience with Lou since emerging from “Covidity”. He has been nothing but professional, I arrive on time (or 5 min late!) and both times he has been ready! I was treated professional by staff each time.- Temp check and ready to go. I do not recheck my cut or results after my appointment ( just a look in his mirror)- I go back to work and get complements about results and quality! An awesome barbershop with a really great staff and a super chill vibe. We followed Mike and Lindsay here from Ryan’s Barbershop. My 9 year old son and I go to Lindsay and she does a really great job. People often ask where we get our haircuts. He’s told a few of his friends and I’ve told a few of my friends about Gas Up, and now they won’t go anywhere else!
