Jack London Village — Attraction in Sonoma

We recommend exploring this wonderful location with incredible Event space, and dining options. We attended a Wedding and Reception this past Saturday. The exteriors with layered deck and steps area alongside the wooded creek, provided shade and the best type of Ambiance, Peaceful energy and positive vibrations. The Reception was held indoors in the intimate & high style Songbird Parlor for evening festivities. Ample parking, wonderful Garden Art. The Architectural History gallery & entryway honoring Jack London, made us realize we have never visited the JL-State Park. We made our own vows to return many times to explore this area, stay at the Jack London Lodge, as it is a lovely drive, just over the valley ridge from Petaluma....

I loved the sculpture trail... The sound of the river was so peaceful and relaxing. The wooden wheel next to the building brought you to a certain time that is no more. The ambiance of the entire place was tranquil and relaxing. Unique shops, great food, and places to explore and contemplate life and where one would like to go in life.... Ive found a new favorite place to escape to amd figure...

PRO: Very beautiful and well-kept place, courtesy of the kind and awesome volunteers. Great history & hiking. Shops are worth seeing too. CON: Dogs/Horses not allowed in certain areas for preservation reasons. Private property in the middle of the park (vineyard). RECOMMENDATION: Highly recommended if you're a Jack London aficionado, history buff or just...
