we visited mid-august. we had just finished a day of horseback riding in the jack london park. we were looking for a place to eat and this restaurant, among some others was one off the main road out. the other restaurants were not yet open and it was a pleasant surprise to have chosen this restaurant. at first, i wasn't sure of the quality because of the low traffic but then there wasn't really anybody in the area at the time but most definitely, food in napa is always good. i have no idea what we ordered but i know it was delicious. the balance of tastes of perfect and the texture of everything was just as expected. i really liked that it was family run/owned; the service was average but attentive. their patio was nice but we didn't sit outside. they have a large wine cellar that we didn't take advantage of this time. the cost of the restaurant was VERY reasonable and i would certainly dine here regularly if i could.

We don’t recommend to go here in present situations because the staff is very rude as on 11 dec we went for dinner and before going called and confirmed for dining as well but on reaching, one lady asked us they don’t have dinning inside and we said we are ok outside and tables were all wet and instead of asking us to sit she kept on asking and insisting to opt for take out food instead of eating there.this restaurant is 18 miles from here and we went with two kids and it was so unkind behaviour of them specially in current situation.we came back instantly. Adding to it this restaurant has been our almost only one place to go out for eating because of food and specially venue but we were shocked with behaviour...

The food is excellent - you will not be disappointed. Here is our “go-to” order:

-Olive Basil Naan - the serving is huge and it’s so delicious - very interesting mix spices, love it. It’s definitely the best naan I’ve had in my life. And, it cost only $3.99.

-Off-menu item (Paneer Tikka Masala), again it’s just amazing. Everything you would expect, sweet and flavorful.

-Egg Plant and Potato Masala is so amazing. It is roasted and seasoned to perfection. It’s the best eggplant I’ve ever had…maybe the best roasted vegetable I’ve ever had.

Wait staff isn’t overly polite but they are very attentive and professional. The outdoor patio has a nice relaxing vibe. $15 cork fee should you...
