The Beach Shop — Attraction in South Bradenton

Terrible Shop!!! I came in to buy and umbrella and chair. I was going to go with my usual umbrella that I always get and am happy with. The girl tried to upsell me an umbrella and told me it was better so I went for it and bought it. When I used it I realized it wasn’t good at all and barley had any shade. I payed for the name of the umbrella. I’m happy I didn’t ended up buying a chair because they were over priced and very cheap. Looks like if you use it once they will break on you. I called and the girl said I could exchange the umbrella. When I got there the owner and his wife shrugged their shoulders and said no there all the same umbrellas no difference and no refund. No customer loyalty. Everything is overpriced and cheap in their shop. While I don’t care much about the money I care about the quality and the principal. Buy better quality things if you want to up charge people. Take your money else where. Also Amazon has better prices and better quality don’t even...

The selection of beach themed merchandise is perfect for adding to your home decor or to give as a gift - and they carry cards! Great locally owned shop with quality merchandise that beats the selection and prices of the larger chain stores found in most beach towns....

Went to get sunglasses because mine were left at home by me.. Derp.. Owners could not have been any nicer , prices were way better than what I expected to pay... I liked the welcome ,open feeling this shop had. It wasn’t a tacky tourist trap like some other places I’ve been before. Highly recommend. By the way , thanks for the recommendation to purchase the “floating sunglasses”... Already paid...
