Well folks, I haven't had this good of take out since I was in NYC. Egg foo young, loaded with veggies and gravy had hints of ginger and spices , which usually only achieved if cooking at home. Beef and broccoli, just excellent. Beef was juicy, tender, tasted like beef and not mystery meat. Typically I order a side of steamed broccoli, because there's never enough, but not in this dish. House special soup is a meal on it's own. Loaded with bit of everything, as if the chef was in an amazing mood! Adorable guy at the counter was so personable and very pleasant to deal with. Maybe customer service is not dead!?! And chefs still take pride in what they are sending out the door. We did take out, but I think there was a table, if you wanted to eat there. Very clean and they had some beautiful miniature fruit trees in the waiting space. Thank you so much for making us feel like respected human beings with your...
Read moreBeen going to this Chinese restaurant for over 11 years now. I get it like once a month. the only 1 downside is since I've been going there their prices keep going up and up and up so when I first started going there I would have gave it 5 stars. Today I'd give it 3-4 because the prices should not go up that fast..
My 3 things I always get are general tse chicken and 1 large chicken teriyak sticks. It use to be a total of $22. now it's up to nearly $38-45 for 3 things. But overall no complaints about the food' food is always hot. excellent service. Good workers' just the prices are high these days but everything else in this country is high too....
Overall best Chinese place I've ever gone to in Vermont.... Check it out if you're in that area. it's worth a try. 11 years I've been going there..... I still...
Read moreExtremely friendly staff, polite and professional. I am a dumpling fanatic and their dumplings are quite good, not the very best I’ve ever had but thus far the best I’ve had in VT. The Szechuan wontons with hot sesame sauce were a pleasant surprise. The wontons were pretty good but the sauce actually had some kick to it as advertised. I have often been disappointed to order a dish that the menu says is spicy and it really ain’t. I enjoyed them very much. I’ve sampled their General Tso’s chicken which could have been spicier for my palate but definitely didn’t lack for flavor. Nice little place, very clean, kitchen looked good from what I could see. Well worth the trip. Did I mention they were very...
