Horrible service ❗️❗️❗️They do not charge the correct amount of water in the bill. I tried solving my issues with the supervisor in charge of the water and made an appointment with them and they never showed up.Whenever I try speaking to the representative of the water, the ladies in the front of the office are rude to the customers and deny to help me talk to the representative.The water department still owes me refunds of my money since 2017.I showed them the bills and just keep making excuses to pay me back.I hope this NEW YEAR 2019 will help me finally on resolving my issues with the water department.I am not even home a lot. I leave at 6:00am and return around 8:30pm from university and work to my home and how is possible that each month I have to pay a different amount of water that supposedly I use . Like I told the water department , my bill should be coming like it used to , $55 minimum. And now it keeps on getting higher. I’m not even home. And there’s no leaking either so they have to respect the right amount being used in each home. Have tried to resolve a couple of issues there since I live in the city (mind you this is a city that charges 10% sales tax) but I have wasted a lot of my own time to solve very little. Don't take my word for it, call yourself and you'll get a long, automatic message only to tell you when you choose the closest option to your issue to leave a message. I personally think they should be investigated for possible corruption, just like Bell and many other cities where, the citizens are latinos or black.
