Jack in the Box — Restaurant in South Gate

I was upset because delivery truck was blocking the entrance of the parking lot , it made it very inconvenient to enter and exit the premises. They should not block the drive thru it could cause a collision among other cars that ate trying to buy food through the drive thru, since covid is still a primary issue among going inside the store . Employees were overwhelmed took a bit to get my orders together and some of my food was cold not warm . They need to set a better safer way to receive their load and not make it very inconvenient for customers to be able to enter the premises, the delivery person should be more competent on knowing how to park and where is the safes way to park where he does not make it harder for customers who have limited time to purchase food due to their limited lunch time. Employees must be more organized on receiving on the load during lunch hours since they will have many customers at the point of time. I was really not satisfied with how they managed themselves...

They robbed my money! Lorena is such a terrible manager really child minded person who likes to belittle people rather than to simply do what she’s there to do !!! This isn’t a high school lady!! It’s a place where you serve people while getting paid!!

I purchased soda and asked for a water and was left standing at the counter later on Lorena shows up and I tell her I wasn’t given my drink and they get upset with me as if I’m in the wrong then rudely gives me my cups

soda machine is off 🙃 and when I ask her if she can get me my drinks that I paid for she declines and tells me to leave once there machine turned back on Lorena goes and turns it off since she was aware of me trying to simply get soda and water but is is oblivious when it comes to doing her actual job !!

This took place on a Friday at 9:30pm before they close so I assume they felt they have the power...

@ this location dining area is usually very dirty; tables never wiped down when customers leave if you want to eat inside you have to clean your own area. Not crowded (when students aren’t coming out from school) Food and specifically tacos where old, stale, and too greasy. Was teaching my kids how to pay them selves, order and ask for their napkins however staff isn’t inviting or kind. I did slide on water that was leaking from their soda machine huge puddle walked around still slid because the puddle was growing larger and other customers foot steps where all around. Curly fries where okay, they do give you access to condiments like ketchup and ranch , great deals going on right now, & delicious mocha iced coffee. Also nice to be in the a/c so for atmosphere 2stars. Let’s make it a great atmosphere as best as we can where...
