KFC — Restaurant in South Gate

so I just came to try this NEW KFC location on firestone in south gate. i got a famous bowl a la carte, side of mac and cheese, and a 5 piece big box. everything came but the famous bowl. they charged me $26.97, almost $30 in this economy. (not their fault) but They forgot my favorite part.. the famous bowl. i had to come back almost 20 minutes away to tell them they forgot because of course they don't have a store # since its a newer location. the short cashier girl with glasses already had an attitude & didnt even give me my receipt so i had to go through my transactions b|c i was damn near rushed out the drive thru. When i got there i was greeted by a younger male with longer hair & i told him what happened & he responded with okay ? what happened ? sarcastically. & i told him they forgot it again & he responded with okay ? are they going to give it to you ? as he chuckled & walked away. mind you, i usually just take my L in situations like this.. but they literally were making a joke of it. the same young lady with glasses that took my order & forgot my bowl ran to the back when she seen me walk in. 10 mins later finally came to ask if it had corn .. like if i worked there.. she proceeded to chat & goof around with the younger boy. honestly lost my appetite after this situation & honestly sucks because i love...

Sadly, this KFC already started wrong. I went in through the drive thru and attempted to make an order, the young girl apparently could understand me or had no knowledge of the food I was trying to order so she got an older lady on. I tried ordering with her & she had no clue of what I was saying. She then asked me in Spanish which I answered back and still no clue. Mind you, I am both fluent in English and in Spanish. I was trying to order the fill up box & 2 wraps but they didn't know what the heck I was talking about. I then asked for a chicken pot pie and the lady said they didn't sell them. After I questioned her about them not selling them at all, she was like, Well, we don't sell them this week. SMH. I believe the problem here is corporate needs to go through their menu with their employees so that they don't seem confused about people's orders. While waiting to pay my food, 3 cars up, someone was arguing with the lady at the window. To be honest, I think I'd rather drive to the one...

Very bad costumer service there is ta older lady Laura with glasses who is so unprofessional always angry and takes forever on doing orders,especially online orders, when customers complains she is very rude and argues with them yet she is always in the back chit chatting , alot of older people come to this location, Kfc corporate needs to look into this rude ass lady talking to poor little old people the way she does she is horrible mind you I have been here twice and both times she has had the same attitude, the last time I was there she was screaming at customers before they ordered that there was a 40 minute wait for chicken because they had none ready ,like really no chicken ready at kfc that's crazy I love their chicken but dang them workers are something...
