With only two screens this theater has always been small and intimate. They have reserved seating, online ordering, and they've turned every other row into tables for the pandemic, which is nice. Unfortunately, the issues with such a small theater persist. The sound isn't very loud, too the point where I missed dialog in the film we watched. The seating isn't stadium style, and the screen is above eye level, which can leave your eyes strained from looking up. The soda is off brand, so it doesn't take taste quite right, and the popcorn wasn't fresh. I'll take my children here to watch a movie because the prices are $0.50 less than at major theater chain. You'll just have to decide if the tradeoffs are worth it for your movie going experience.

Excellent independent theater that was way above expectations. Definitely coming back here. Only downside being the limited selection of movies at any time because there’s only two screens. Pretty much all seats in the theater have a good view of the screen and the seats themselves feel recently refreshed. Saw Wicked here and had no issues with the sound quality. Staff at the front and at the concessions were nice and patient. Price of the tickets also a plus—$12 for regular admission but check their website for discounts.

Cute theater that I grew up going to. I have fond memories of midnight Harry Potter movie releases here. Stoped by while visiting my parents, and they’ve definitely updated things since I was there last many years ago. I wish there was a butter station to add more butter to your popcorn. I felt my popcorn wasn’t the freshest and had lots of small bits. The seats were comfortable, theater was clean, and staff were friendly. Good prices and location!

Took my daughter to see Penguins of Madagascar. The theater was like an ice box. I grimaced through the first hour finally it got so cold I couldn't even sit still and enjoy the movie. I went out to the toasty lobby area to complain and the tall guy behind the counter says , " I should have told him an hour ago." To which my response was, " so you just wait for customers to complain to turn the heat up." To which he replied, " I didn't know the heat was turned down, and just leave it at that." I went back in to see the last 30 mins or so and noticed him trying to turn the heat up. On the way out I says to him with all due respect it shouldn't matter when I tell him and it would take 30 minutes to heat the theater up anyway. His response was, ": The heat is broken, and that I should be nicer." To which I responded, " I won't be back." and his response was, " I'd appreciate that, thanks." I'm all for supporting small businesses, but the guy that runs this place has no business or people skills whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and go to Hampshire Mall or anywhere else. The prices are...

Mistakenly booked wrong seats.. their website confusing. Booked front row instead of back row.. within 3 minutes realized my mistake...tried to switch seat selection. Only gave me option to cancel not alter. S0 cancelled to re-book new seats . Refunded me the ticket cost but not the *booking" fee of over 20 $... once I got there, I asked the manager if he could do something about it as my family booked 16 seats. He pretty much said nope, kick rocks. Lady at concession stand super unfriendly and rude w my wife and young daughter. Once in I couldnt beleive how tiny the screen was. Its basically a 80 inch Samsung TV like the one i have in my basement. Seats were worn and some had duct tape on em. First time and the last. Do yourself a favor and go to the LUXURY LOUNGERS and MONSTER high deff screen in Wesside 11 mins away. Stay away from this fly...
