Took my daughter to see Penguins of Madagascar. The theater was like an ice box. I grimaced through the first hour finally it got so cold I couldn't even sit still and enjoy the movie. I went out to the toasty lobby area to complain and the tall guy behind the counter says , " I should have told him an hour ago." To which my response was, " so you just wait for customers to complain to turn the heat up." To which he replied, " I didn't know the heat was turned down, and just leave it at that." I went back in to see the last 30 mins or so and noticed him trying to turn the heat up. On the way out I says to him with all due respect it shouldn't matter when I tell him and it would take 30 minutes to heat the theater up anyway. His response was, ": The heat is broken, and that I should be nicer." To which I responded, " I won't be back." and his response was, " I'd appreciate that, thanks." Do yourself a favor and go to the LUXURY LOUNGERS and MONSTER high deff screen in Wesside 11 mins away. Stay away from this fly...

Unfortunately, the issues with such a small theater persist. The sound isn't very loud, too the point where I missed dialog in the film we watched. The seating isn't stadium style, and the screen is above eye level, which can leave your eyes strained from looking up. The soda is off brand, so it doesn't take taste quite right, and the popcorn wasn't fresh.
I'll take my children here to watch a movie because the prices are $0.50 less than at major theater chain. You'll just have to decide if the tradeoffs are worth it for your movie...
