The food here is amazing, they make the best empanadas and alfajores de maizena anywhere in Miami (and probably all Florida). The prices are also reasonable BUT the attention here is atrocious. The staff don’t always know the names of the food they serve (for example, the #6 is a called a Lomito and any Argentinian will tell you, but the staff had no idea and when I ordered it over the phone she referred me to another place! I called back and ordered the #6 from the menu because then they would understand what I was ordering.) the ambience is also terrible, the place feels like the back of a supermarket. I recommend ordering food to take out from here as they make the best empanadas but don’t pay too much attention to their staff or the environment because both could use some improvement. If you’re Argentinian (or like Argentinian food) this place is perfect and will give you a taste of home :) they even have tons of imported goods (from wines to meat to snacks)!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Establishment is clean and organized. I decided to visit to look for Picanha. Had a funny friendly argument with the butcher when he said to cut perpendicular to the grain. I said yes, unless you're making steaks, then you cut with grain so the person getting it can make the perpendicular cut. I don't think he understood me, alas, found a new favorite cut. Tried them straight on a gas grill vs sous vide seared with a torch. Sous vide won by a wide margin. Only thing that sucked was that the fat was not well rendered. My fault with the lack of torch on it. 6 year old had a mamey popsicle. He inhaled it, I have never seen him not drop any...

This review might not be fair, since I'm a regular here, there is even a sandwich that it is made specially for me, not on the menu, but you can order it using my name. hands down you will find me there Tuesday through Sunday for breakfast, facturas, empanadas, sandwiches, bread, ALL is great, oh, please do not forget about butcher spot in the back, hands down, the best cuts in town. Love the service, you will be treated with the utmost respect and attention. True Miami feeling, homemade pastries and sweets, OMG the deserts are amazing. For a local spot that won't disappoint, guaranteed. I mean everything you get here is top quality ingredients, prepared...
