I donât even know where to begin with how awful this company is. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences Iâve ever had in my life. If I could give zero stars, I would.
I ordered a piece of furniture that looked decent online, but the moment I placed the order, things went downhill FAST. Within just a few days, I realized I didnât want the item anymore â I reached out to cancel the order a full TWO WEEKS BEFORE the scheduled delivery date. I contacted them multiple times, through email, phone, and their useless chat system, but no one responded. Itâs like they purposely ignored my requests just to let the delivery window creep up so they could claim âitâs too late to cancel.â Absolutely shady.
When the furniture finally arrived, it was CHEAP and flimsy. Definitely not worth the price. The quality is laughable â it feels like itâs made of cardboard with a wood sticker slapped on top. Nothing about it feels durable or well-made. Itâs like they used the lowest grade materials they could find and hoped no one would notice.
I contacted them again â this time about a return or refund â and of course, they refused. They told me it was âpast the cancellation windowâ (gee, I wonder why, since you IGNORED ME for two weeks) and now Iâm stuck with a garbage piece of furniture I donât want. They offered zero solutions, zero help, and didnât take any accountability for ignoring my cancellation request in the first place. The whole operation feels like a scam. They clearly care more about getting your money than about customer satisfaction.
Their customer service team is a joke â unhelpful, dismissive, and almost robotic in their responses. Itâs like no one actually reads the emails; they just copy and paste policy responses without any care for your situation. No empathy. No flexibility. Just cold, automated responses.
Honestly, this company is dishonest, unprofessional, and sells subpar furniture that isnât even worth half of what they charge. Iâve never felt more ripped off. If youâre reading this, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. There are plenty of better companies out there who treat their customers with respect and sell actual quality products.

The sales representatives Mark and Robyn are both friendly; however, once you pay, as others have stated, youâre taking a gamble because you may or may not hear from them again. Wish I wouldâve read ALL the reviews before coming here. When I placed my order with them, I was told it would take about 3 weeks for them to receive it and they would call me when the furniture arrived so we could set up a delivery date. One month passed and I was calling them to no avail. I decided to go talk to them in person. This time, I was told they would need another 2-3 weeks before the furniture would arrive because the items were coming from California. Those 2-3 weeks passed and I could not reach them by phone per usual so I had to head back to the store again just to speak to someone, where they told me to give them another week or two. Fast forward to now- 4 months later still no call from them and no furniture. I eventually got tired of making trips on trips to the store just to speak to someone only to get the runaround. So I ended up getting my money back through my bank. They definitely need a more updated system to keep track of customers orders as everything is done by pen and paper. Iâm sure they forgot all about my orders because of that very reason.    Read moreThis is the 1st review I ever wrote for anythingâŚ.. but this company is the absolute worst in the state of Florida. 1st the way this company conducts business is the only way that they can stay in business. I have work in furniture stores in the past, so miss me with the B.S. about how this industry work. 1st they require a $500-dollar deposit before they even âorderâ your furniture to their warehouse. Then we had to basically harass the company to get our furniture, only to be told that they would need an additional 3 weeks and they still couldnât even guarantee the delivery. When we asked can were replace the order with something in stock, we were told we can only exchange items if we were going buy something MORE EXPENSIVE, and they still couldnât tell us when we were going to get our furniture. Delivery was impossible, they are supposed call you 30 minute before they arrive on the day of delivery once you finally get a date. The delivery hours are sometime between 7AM and 10PM, only to deliver on the wrong day. They give us the wrong mattress, and we only got all of our furniture in its incorrect capacity because the financing company that we used would not release funds to the store until the complete order was delivered and we signed for it.
