I first went here to have my engagement ring repaired in between traveling for work (the center stone was getting loose). They treated me well and were easy to reach and were very upfront with the cost and what they would do for the repair. I got my ring back and realized my center stone still rotated within the basket the night after I got it back. I reached out to them the next day for either another repair or fix but wasn’t able to get back to the shop for about 4 months and was ready to pay for another repair. Once I was able to come in, not only were they quick to respond, but they did not charge me a dime for the finished repair. They didn’t question me once about the time between the fix and second repair and made sure my ring was in great condition upon returning. My ring is fixed to satisfaction now and I have happily found my home jewelry shop because of their professionalism and customer service. Estate Jewelers was a great experience. My 18th century ring was beautifully restored. The communication was excellent. The quality of care was impressive. The sapphire and diamonds were restored, settings were all fixed and sealed, and the gems were polished - the ring sparkles from across the room. The price was more than fair, I was pleasantly surprised. I have also sold some jewels and silver. Hands down, I was given the best deal in La.
