War Memorial Building — Attraction in South Pasadena

It's rustic it's got a lot of dirt outside it's kind of like a country western feel if you like country western cannons in a lot of dirt and dust country western... and cannons in a lot of dirt and dust... this is your place. They do have a lot of good parking behind the facility which is really really helpful they have an area where you can serve drinks or have a candy bar or cakes set up and then they have the main room it's it's a pretty good facility overall it just is rustic I guess rustic would be a great way of putting it. It is great if you want to country western feel to your event... or Civil War reenactment or something older if you want an older feel to your event not a modern feel you...

The building is really interesting and they have made improvements to the entrance, but...they have soldiers’ markers in the grounds outside, memorializing Vietnam Vets, forgotten by those operating this facility. Trees were planted next to those men in their honor and the trees are long dead. I walk by and its just not right. Honor the men for their service, by removing, replanting, and properly maintaining the trees planted for that...

Present review based off of their lack of rules for people renting the building for parties that happen until 11pm or later. The DJs can be super loud and is a huge noise disturbance to nearby neighbors who want to get a good nights rest. Wishing they warned renters to keep the noise manageable comes 10pm. Never to late to implement this curtesy!!...
