I stopped into this jewelry store hoping to replace the chain or repair the clasp on a beautiful necklace my husband had given me years ago that I haven’t been able to wear for years. Jean was very helpful in showing me options and I finally decided to replace the clasp. I asked if I could wait for it (I’d walked there) and he immediately went to the back and did the work.
