The lodge museum of cast iron and store are exceptional in customer service and quality. Chris, Zoe, and Janice all helped me out and were very kind and friendly.
I'd like to give a special recognition to Chris. Chris was extremely kind, compassionate, and helpful. He went above and beyond to go out of his way to help me. I am a very tough customer because I am indecisive and a slow thinker. Despite this, he was very kind, considerate, and patient. I cannot express enough thanks and applause to Chris and his character.
Chris mentioned a dream of his is to climb the corporate ladder in lodge and be able to have a leadership role managing, especially given his background in business with his studies. I cannot recommend Chris enough. The biggest thing you want in a leader is integrity. Chris was humble, patient, kind, and a man of integrity. He has already demonstrated his leadership and character and would bring lodge great benefit and recognition as a leader and representative of them.
No, Chris is not holding a gun to my head and making me type all of this. I just have a lot of respect and appreciation for Chris. He went above and beyond helping me make a decision on some cast iron for 2 hours, so I simply want to go a little above and beyond for...

I had along a foster dog and was glad to hear that pets were allowed in, as he also needed a break after 6 hours in the car. The staff was fantastic with him. Apologized repeatedly for not having any snacks for him (someone was actually on their way to the store to pick some up). (still his favorite toy now). He snagged one when I was looking at some of the products. I loved the museum and learning how the cast iron products are produced. Since I had the dog in one hand, it limited what I could purchase to what I could carry in the reusable bag that I also purchased. The only person Dalton had a problem with and growled at was the one that was not moving on display...
