Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in South Pittsburg

Yesterday 12/12/24, My wife and kids were at this Sonic location and the manager/supervisor on duty, I believe her name was Kristin, call the South Pittsburgh PD on my wife and a supposedly homeless man that she bought a meal for WITHOUT being asked by this person for anything not food, money, drink, cigarette, ride. NADA. Then today they try to deny stating the fact that there was a complaint from another patron at this restaurant which is a lie because why did the police officer come and ask my wife directly if the gentleman in question had asked her for anything. I'm not really big on the total giving part of Christmas but if somebody wants to buy somebody a meal without being solicited good on them. I personally would not have done it but it still boils down to its our money and we will spend it ever how I choose. If the ownership management employees or other patrons at this location don't like it then they know exactly where they can take their opinion and cram it. Furthermore they delayed the food delivery to this gentleman and my wife which constituted a cold unedible meal. Needs new employees! Yesterday April 20, 2017 they messed our order up, we seen it and decided to pay anyways because we would have been fine with it, they canceled payment and redone it which we didn't ask for! They took it upon their self to do that after we done paid via card and had been waiting for almost 10 minutes! Today April 21, 2017 we came to get a snack and slushes! Ordered mozzarella sticks, chili cheese fries, LG strawberry slush, and small strawberry slush! They gave us a small watermelon! It truly is to have it your way . However, you can imagine a drink you got it. They just dont have pineapple flavor or mango . But I really enjoy the ppl and food any time of the day. I did not know that Sonic no longer sold ice-cream cones . I was so upset about it that I was ready to take it out on the carhop by not tipping . Then I realized that was a corporate office move, and they had nothing to do with it . When summer comes around, they are going to lose a lot of business.
