It is a nightmare purchased kitchen cabinets from KZ Cabinet & Stone Inc. in July 2025. The product did not meet our expectations, especially in terms of quality. The cabinets clearly did not meet normal standards. The cabinets were irregularly shaped. Some appeared to have curved. Cabinet doors were not properly aligned in general. Some pairs had doors at different heights. Other pairs were not level on the outside. Still others were both. Many doors were also not uniformly spaced from the cabinet. This is most noticeable with cabinets with four doors, where the doors were all uneven to the touch and visibly misaligned in height. In total, 6 cabinets were affected. The stone countertops were prone to discoloration. A single drop of coffee could stain the stone, which was poor quality for something that costed $550 per countertop. When the issues were brought up, customer service representative Victor informed that his manager refused to refund the full purchase amount and the installment fee He even refused to offer us a discount, only required us to find third party to fix the cabinets. This is unacceptable, considering we wanted quality cabinets, not substandard ones that would require repairs later. Why are you shifting the blame onto consumers? Why should we repair your cabinets instead of returning them? Substandard products should not be sold. To cap it off, the cabinets weren't even what we originally ordered. Sales representative Wing called us and convinced us to buy this set instead of what we originally ordered, promising us that this set would be easier to maintain cleanliness, which was not the case. This is an example of false advertisement, and resulted in a specious and potentially fraudulent transaction.

Read moreWe recently worked with KZ Kitchen Cabinet & Stone, Inc., and have to say, we’re really happy with how everything turned out—especially with our sales rep, Terry.
We checked out at least six different cabinet places before landing at KZ, and they stood out right away. No pushy vibes, just a well-organized setup. Their showroom’s huge, so we could poke around and look at all kinds of kitchen and bathroom options. We ended up picking out everything for our kitchen redo and two bathroom updates right there.
The whole process stretched over about 10 months while we sorted out planning and permits, so we swung by KZ a bunch of times. Terry was awesome the whole way—super friendly, never once made us feel rushed. He must’ve redone our kitchen design four times because we kept changing our minds, and he’d always come back with these detailed renderings. Plus, he’s got a great sense of humor, which kept things light even when it took us forever to finally pull the trigger.
Honestly, dealing with KZ and Terry felt like a breath of fresh air—no pressure, no bad attitudes. Compared to the headaches of contractors and permits, picking out cabinets, countertops, vanities, and showers was probably the smoothest part of the whole renovation. We’d totally recommend KZ Kitchen Cabinet & Stone, Inc.—and big props to Terry for making it such a...
Read moreI was having zero luck finding bathroom vanities in specific configurations, ie: one sink on the left for a 48 inch vanity, and ended up at KZ Kitchen in So. San Francisco on Spruce Street. This was recommended by my contractor. Well let me tell you, I’m thrilled with them! My vanities are gorgeous and good quality. I’m so much happier than I expected to be. The customer service was top notch. They treated me as though I were someone very special, patiently teaching me what I needed to know to be sure I ended up with three beautiful bathrooms. They gave me all the time I needed. Plus, my sales associate even returned a text to me on her day off! When does THAT happen? And they came through on all their assurances. Plus, the showroom is splendid; bright, clean and spacious with so many displays. It was fun just to look around. Did I mention that the prices are also the best I found? :) I’ll post pictures once the bathrooms...
